How to go running
"It was tiring, I'm sure I will be sore tomorrow, but I felt so good after the run."
How I did it: I you'st to run fairly regularly a few years ago, running 20-30km a week. When I started college I got super stressed and for some reason I completely stopped running. Since then I have gained a lot of weight, and I was kind of scared to start running again. I guess because of crappy cardiovascular condition, and I'm a little worried about the stress on my joints since I am so overweight.
So after working out regularly for a few weeks, I went for my first jog tonight. I ran for a couple of minutes then walked for a minute, and repeated 6 times. I plan on continuing with a walk to run program.
