How to run a 5k
"Fantastic! Now I want to do a 10k!!"
How I did it: I trained for about 3 months, running in the mornings before work and sometimes doing a workout in the evening too. Eating very healthy is important and I actually lost about 20 pounds in the process! I ran about 2-3 miles most days and always warmed up before every work out and did some stretches after.
Lessons & tips: Warm up every time, you don't want to get an injury.
