How to roast a chicken
"This was insanely easy. I highly recommend it."
How I did it: I took a turkey, (Thanksgiving yields itself to turkey rather than chicken, and the principle is essentially the same), placed it in a roaster with some water and onions, then dusted it with summer savory and pepper. It was a ten pound turkey, so I cooked it for 3 hours, basting it every once and a while to keep it moist. Very simple, very easy.
Resources: My parents were quite helpful, as they do this often.
Also, Maggie, as she's the one who inspired me to want to do this in the first place.
