How to develop a daily morning routine
"Having a good morning is the most important thing to have a good day."
How I did it: Mental health and body balance are two fundamental things to feel good and have a good day and enjoy more your work, our hobbies, your loved ones and to get there is really important to have a nice morning. A good night of sleep, don't take too long to get up, stretching and a nice and healthy breakfast. It's not easy to do that every day but i'm aware of that now and i'm really intended to take this routine for the rest of my life.
