How to go to bed and go to sleep, instead of lying in bed for hours staring at the ceiling because my brain won’t stop
How I did it: Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to sleep. Tossing and turning. Your mind is racing, going over everything that happened today.
To beat all this unsavouriness I sleep only when sleepy, this reduces the time I am awake in bed.If I can't sleep within the first 20 mnts I get up start doing something I don't really enjoy...like reading a dumb journal or a boring political editorial from the newspaper - it works most of the times.
I have stopped taking naps during the day.
And try to block out all the thoughts n worries ....meditation really helps here.
