How I did it: I kept applying and applying and didn't lose hope. I tried to use the internet at first, but got absolutely no results that way. The most important thing I discovered was finding a way to keep my phone on. I had to borrow money to do that, but it's pretty impossable to find a job without a phone. It got rough for awhile, but I managed. I now work at Tetco.

Lessons & tips: applying on line is NOT the way to go. Apply in person as much as possable.

Resources: Get a professional resume, and no matter how desperate you are, be skeptical of anything that sounds too good or too easy. It could be a hoax.
