How I did it: Well, first of all I had to understand why was I depressed. This took longer that most people think because we blame ourselver or the people who surounds us for most things. When I understood my reasons, that it wans't about me or anyone, it was about the things that i believe in and that I wasn't following, then I could put my life into perspective and find my away. Although this is fight I have to deal form time to time, know I'm not depressed cause I know that I'm the only one who can change it.
