How to let go
"So hard"
How I did it: Breathe, because you know that you'll be okay--and Life goes on.
The feeling of wanting to hold on comes and goes--so in a way I'm still "letting go" but because I've started I know I can do this.
Find something that scares you, and do it everyday. Act silly, push yourself in different ways. Letting go is such an amazing learning experience--to know yourself
Lessons & tips: Breathe. Do something new everyday. Cry if you want to. No big deal
