How I did it: I attended high school on and off for 5 years. I was sick in the final 2 years and had to drop out a few times to do courses my correspondence. In the final year, I did an online working program to receive my final credits. It felt like it would never end, but it did, and I feel so accomplished.
Lessons & tips: There are ways to get credits towards your diploma outside of the typical classroom environment - correspondence, online courses, etc. are really helpful
