How to fast for a week

How I did it: I have fasted a few times. I always feel great afterwards. The older I get it seems like I have less self-control I have to complete it. If you don't succeed the first go around, give yourself some time and try it again.
Lessons & tips:
- Don't fast in the winter, it can make you more susceptible to illness.
- Don't fast when you are really stressed and busy. When you fast take it easy.
