How to go vegan

Comments:

“Flax seeds or flax seed oil gives the best proportion of essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids”
This is incorrect. Flax seeds are a reliable source of omega-3 fatty acids because they have a high omega-3 to omega-6 ratio, but because of this, their proportion is unhealthy. A healthy proportion of omega-6s to omega-3s is around 4:1; flax seeds are around 1:4 and 1:2, so consuming them (around a tablespoon daily should be more than enough) is a good way to balance the omega-3s and omega-6s in one’s diet, especially if everything else is high in omega-6 fatty acids.

Yes, problably this was what I meant that flax seed oil balances other more common oils. There is rarely anyone who gets fatty acids only from flax seeds, especially because flax seed oil losts most of its good properties when heated.
There is no one perfect food, even when omnivores tell that meat contains the right amount of protein (because animal stores it and human body has similar needs), they forget that eating anything else than meat would imbalance their diet and eating only the “perfect” food make them die, because it is not perfect.
