Any tips, tricks, or just some advice for me? I’m going on a walk myself (Lisbon-Tokyo), what do you think?
How to walk across America
How I did it: Well, the thing that I did differently from others on my trip across the USA was that I pushed a jogging stroller with my things in it instead of carrying a pack. It was nice to not have the weight on my back and I was able to average about 30 miles a day and take more days off than what people typically do but it also limits where you can go and what you can do significantly. It's something to consider when you plan. Always willing to help a walker out, skippotts@aol.com
