How to eat less junk food
"It's been a constant struggle, but eating less junk food really does make me feel better!"
How I did it: I have had this goal for a LONG time. I always hated to say I "completed" it because I'd go through phases where I'd eat a lot of junk food and then stop for a while. Over time, I've learned the importance of moderation though. Also, when I crave sweet things, I'll grab some fruit or eat a small piece of candy. Overall, eating less junk food has made me feel a lot better about myself!
Lessons & tips: Find healthy substitutes. Drink lots of water. It's all about exercising some self control =).
