How to sleep and wake up earlier
How I did it: Hmmm...i think i figured out the secret to waking up early. Well, firstly i used to be in the habit of waking up every day from about 5:30-6:00 on college days. I had to do this, as i would miss my ride, n i couldnt afford to do that coz we were living in another city, n i had to commute. So at that time didnt seem so difficult. But ever since i moved closer to college, ive gotten relaxed n wake up just in time to attend class. But ive seen theres a direct correlation b/w waking up early, being more productive, which means more successful in life. So i decided to get back to routine. I read an article about going to bed early will not ensure that u can wake up early. Since you'll just be lyin in bed unable to fall asleep n be wasting time. Soo u have to sleep when ur sleepy, n then get up at 6 (or wotever time u wake up) to go to work/school. Also dont take a nap in between n you'll naturally be so tired, you'll go to sleep early. N this forms a cycle. Try it...it will help for sure!
Lessons & tips: Well i learned by waking up early u r more productive during the day and in the long-run more successful. Also when u first try u can be unsuccessful at it..so dont give up
