How to exercise more
"Took a back-to-school bootcamp from spark teens, but I'm finally going to the gym and enjoying myself."
How I did it: Started off following the back-to-school bootcamp on Sparkteens.com, then just made it my own and got used to going to the gym with my mom. I started off at the gym by doing the elliptical like I used to, then got curious about the rowing machine. Now I do about 20 minutes on the rowing machine, then 15 on the elliptical, followed by a circuit on the weight machines. I can't lift alot on all the machines, but I do the best I can, and that's what counts.
Lessons & tips: Don't give up - even if you're really sore at first, it DOES get better!
