How to blog regularly
How I did it: When I blog, I do it for myself. Its therapeutic, being able to write out whatever is going through my mind on any given day.
I like, too, to have a written chronicle of what I was thinking when this or that happened, and I enjoy going back to read the six years' worth of blog entries that I have written.
I think I have it in me to write something of interest to other people, and would like to start blogging more in that sense, some day. For now though, I am content with just using the same journal I started back in 2003, and writing primarily for myself.
Lessons & tips: I write down good writing prompts when they pop into my head.
For personal journaling, try to notice both the good and the bad that are happening in your life, and write down how you are feeling at the time. It can serve as a nice reference point later on.
