How I did it: I just made myself open to ideas. I remembered doing things that ;I enjoyed in the past - in my case drawing (Art) - and started that.

I also decided to try and take a new sport seriously (swimming) - and I obsess about that.

Then there is the academic challenges that I set myself with Philosophy and Physics.

Finally, I study Self help - mainly Louise Hay.

So I just tried things that appealed to me.

Lessons & tips: Take some things you would like to improve about yourself - such as health, study, home life - whatever, and fthink of something that would enhance life in those areas.

Than try take the plunge and try it.  If it doesn't work that is still sucess - there is sucess in finding out what you don't want to do too!

For swimming - try total immersion.
