How I did it: Sadly I had a medical condition that forced me too. I had to stop cold turkey. That proved to be difficult as I suffered caffine withdrawls, Excederine kinda helped with that, however.
Lessons & tips: Do it gradually, less headaches from the caffine withdrawl
Resources: almost having a stroke lol
