How to get another piercing

How I did it: I was at the mall one day and I asked my mom if she'd let me get my cartilage pierced and she didn't see why not so we went into Claire's. I couldn't do it that day because I didn't have my ID. So a few days after my birthday (August 11) I went back to Claire's and got it pierced (with my ID.)
Lessons & tips: Make sure you have enough money to pay for it and have a state issued ID.
