good advice
I liked the advice you gave on being involved and seeing professors weekly. What year of pharmacy are you in? Are there times you don’t think you’re going to make it? well good luck in school! :)
How I did it: I constantly reminded myself of how my parents struggled with barely a high school education, the hardship I had growing up, and how regretful I would feel if I let down a lot of loving and supportive people. Sorry about the last part but that is the truth for me.
Lessons & tips: In class, see your professor atleast once a week and ask questions. Even if you know the answer pretend that you don't get it and woo the instructor with how much you can put your knowledge to use.Try to gain friends along the way but if that doesn't come easy just reassure yourself why you are pursuing a degree in pharmacy. Justification doesn't come in the amount of friends you have. Let failure be an encouragement and work from there.Try to enjoy yourself and be healthy. Get involved, get comm. services hours, run for positions in diff. organization your undergrad years. Most importantly, manage time wisely.
