How to visit london

How I did it: I was going to Finland and was transiting through London, and had a few hours free. So why not use these hours wisely and spend them in the city? And meet someone cool there? That's what I did! After finding my way in Heathrow airport and figuring out how to use the trains and tubes, I met Gemma at the Westminster station. This girl is so funny and cool, we laughed a lot! :P
It was so impressive to walk up the stairs and get out of the tube station, and end up face to face with the Big Ben! I needed a few minutes to perfectly realize it, I suppose! I took many pictures there, and then we walked to the Tower Bridge, which was much further than I thought! I guess it's hard to say that I really visited London, because there were only a few hours and I only saw a few important landmarks, but it was really nice and I sure hope I'll get to go there again someday!
Lessons & tips: Be sure you know perfectly well how the tubes work before getting into them! Once you know, they are pretty easy to use and very efficient.
