How I did it: I stopped smoking a year ago and that seemed to put my tastebuds in overdrive. I wanted to try all different kinds of food. I love sweet things so i figured that would be a great place to start. That first successfull cake is so worth the effort! Shop bought cakes taste like plastic compared to home baking. I loved baking so much that im doing short courses in pastries, chocolate and whatever other foods i can find. This is so worth the effort...and guys love a girl that can bake!

Lessons & tips: Baking is precise, not like cooking where you can substitute. Read the recipe carefully and have all the ingredients ready. You dont want to get halfway and realise you dont have something.
