How to become a morning person.
How I did it: There are a few things you can do to help yourself become a morning person. For me, the most critical component was lots of exposure to early morning sunlight. I'm currently using sheers to filter the sunshine as opposed to blackout curtains that completely obliterate it, and my body just responds to that, with minimal effort on my part. I no longer need to have a morning cup of tea to give me an energy boost first thing. And, due to the fact that I'm rising earlier, I'm falling asleep earlier too, without the need for any kind of sleep aid. Honestly, sometimes you just have to let nature do the work for you. That said, some people are just born to be night owls, and that's okay. As long as your sleep cycle doesn't interfere with your daily living, what does it matter if you like to sleep 'til noon?
