How to drink more water
"Makes me feel better"
How I did it: Every morning when I wake up, I drink a cup of water. It makes me feel better, and wakes my body.
Then I start a day in a better way.
Another tip: put a bottle of water in your desk to remember to drink water, and don´t forget to fill the bootle.
Lessons & tips: My skin, hair and my body is better and I´m feeling well.
