How to lose 15 pounds
How I did it: Gym membership. Incoorperated resistance training with running routines. Gradually built up from quick and easy work outs, to more intense training over the period of 8 weeks. When I started two months ago, I couldn't run for more then two minutes without taking a rest break. Now, I can run consistantly for over an hour, without a break!
Lessons & tips: I took out a lot of books from the library, and read them. Mostly on beginning running, marathon training, resistance training, and nutrition for americas top athletes.
Resources: First, I'd like to credit this website, 43things.com. This website has helped me to see the bigger picture, by taking baby steps to get there. That's something nver really focused on before developing my site here. Secondly, I have surrounded myself with people who are working towards accomplishing the same goals me. It helps to be around supportive people.
