How to learn to scrap book
How I did it: I actually had been slowly purchasing Scrap booking materials every time I went to a store with a craft area. Micheal's Wal-Mart and sometimes even grocery stores.
Or even things from nature. I made a page of my daughter playing in a stream and actually put small smooth rocks on the page.
I have one book I finished in a week. It is for my mom. It is a scrapbook totally dedicated to my father who passed away this year on July 28th. It was hard for me to do because it was for his memorial service.
Not going to talk about that one anymore here. I am crying again.
I will try to get some photos of the first book to share with you,
Lessons & tips: Do not feel you have to do things exactly, That is what makes it fun, I just got the cricket cutter and it is amazing. but I also have things from kits - I mix and match to make what I want. I am still buying new papers, scissors, embossing powders, stamp pads and inks. There is so much out there basically it comes down to putting things on a page creatively the way you want to - that is pleasing to YOUR eyes. :-)
