How to take more time for me and worry less about others so much.

How I did it: I read plenty of books, searched the web for ways to relax and articles on stress and coping techniques. I tried t hem out and found I was less stressed. My doctor approved so all is well.
Lessons & tips: If you don't take time for you, you will never be ready for others properly.
