How to lose my extra weight
How I did it: I have 33 medical conditions and will always have extra weight, but I learned that so long as I exercise daily, eat properly and keep a positive outlook on life, I am doing the best I can. I'm now leading teams for the website.
Lessons & tips: Be happy with who you are right now.
Don't pound yourself into the pavement if you slip once or twice.
It's okay to have a treat NOW AND THEN.
Load up your fridge with fresh fruits and veggies.
Find a supportive network that will keep you motivated and encouraged.
