How to be more healthy
How I did it: SparkPeople.com was the biggest help. My family doctor was a great motivator and guide. I learned the proper nutrition rules and how to change my eating without making it boring. I let my doctor choose which exercises were best for me and I followed his advice. I blogged on the site daily and became a leader. Helping others keeps me on my toes.
