How I did it: it was ok till i reached 120...but then each squat was become tougher and tougher. But, I was determined and mental state helps. I initially started with doing sets of 30 each of around 3-4 sets. And then steadily increased the number of reps in each set and about 100 were not so hard in one set. But increasing reps from there is crucial. Have faith, that's it :)
