How I did it: My dad, grandpa, and uncle all built one for me in my grandmas backyard. There was a gigantic platform at the top of one hill. Climb to the top of the platform, sit on the seat and fly across this gigantic ravine to the hill on the other side and land on your feet. SO much fun. And I could go anytime I wanted.
I also went on a large one which was many, many stories high. You had to wear a harness and a helmet and have people catch you on the other side. You pick up speed very quickly. The view and thrill of flying off a moutain onto another one is awe-some.

Lessons & tips: have fun! let go and soak in the experience. It is AMAZING.
