How to visit my grandmother more often
It made me

"Don't wait until someone is sick or injured to show them how much you love them."
How I did it: I live closer to her now. Maybe 12 minutes away. There's no excuse for not seeing her. I try to see her at least once a week when my schedule permits, even if it's for 15 minutes.
Lessons & tips: I thought it would be hard to spark a conversation with her because she never talks to me on the phone. However, in person visits are a little different. I actually have a good time with her.
