How to get back into shape
How I did it: The weather out here in Atlanta just became too lovely to enjoy from inside so I decided to start taking walks on a nightly basis. Well that gave me energy and got me back into my happy mode. Then I completely lucked out by finding out my new neighbors are trainers and I am now taking yoga and pilates on a weekly basis. Hard work but so worth it!
Lessons & tips: Don't ever think you're not doing enough. No matter how much you're doing just remember it's so much better than doing nothing at all. Drink tons of water, choose what you eat wisely. Get off the computer!!!! ;)
