How I did it: i just patiently waited. endured lots of hardships (thank god high school is done with) and here i am! a live and well, sort of.
Lessons & tips: be optimistic, have a good attitude because i spent most of the past year lamenting on my weaknesses. wasted too much being upset. wasted youth, so to speak. i advise young people not to do this.
Resources: reading books was my escape. and unlike friends, book are always around so i can count on them to sustain my sanity.

I turn 18 tomorrow, and i’m sort of scared. Seventeen wasn’t so bad for me, but most of the years leading up to it were. I imagine though that the worst is over. I can’t wait to be done with high school either. :D
Just wanted to say, happy belated birthday, and that I know how you feel kind of. Hope you’re enjoying eighteen.
