How to stop getting so angry
How I did it: Right, I've always tried so many different ways not to get angry. I've tried writing, I've tried drawing, i've tried playing games, sleeping, ignoring certain people, practising martial arts and I'd still get angry now and then but I've recently started looking at things differently. I now try to look at situations from as many different points of view that I can think of, it does have its weakness doing this but it does stop me from getting angry because I seem to undertand alot more than what I used to, I have people to believe in me and I am trying my best to look at everything with a more open mind. :)
Lessons & tips: 1. Calm yourself, breath deeply and lose yourself in thought.
2. Think to yourself every different way of going around the situation without getting angry.
3. When you open your eyes you see it differently.
