How to start doing yoga again
How I did it: I have taken a few hot yoga classes before and always loved them. The last time I went to a class, about a year ago, the heat was too much for me. Now I am taking a beginner's hot yoga class, and I am loving it. It is so much easier just by being about five to ten degrees cooler. I am going to work my way up to the regular class.
I have only had two classes so far, and I already feel so much better. My posture has improved greatly.
