How to stretch every day
"Stretching is now a habit for me!"
How I did it: You just have to make yourself stretch every day. After about two weeks, it's become a habit for me. Other than that, there really isn't anything to it!
Lessons & tips: Use any extra time to stretch! I listened to music while I stretched, which helped motivate me. You could also watch TV while you stretch.
