How to redo my resume

How I did it:
I went through my entire resume and deleted & updated all relevant information.
I made sure it had current references and personal contact information and updated skills obtained & employment history as well.
Lessons & tips:
Make sure you put it on a certain file that is readable & printable to the recipient. I haven't done this as yet but will do so soon as I know how to do it.
Be brief and to the point.
Highlight any major employment positions in detail.
Only write in details that are relevant to the past 5-10 years.
Include your phone number, mobile and email address.
