How to stop having panic attacks
How I did it: I think it was a bunch of things that helped me conquer my panic attacks. The number one was getting my hormones in check. Having out of whack Hormones due to Birth control was a huge problem for me. I really recommend that any woman who is suffering from anxiety/panic attacks/depression to really look at hormone therapy being the culprit. Once I got all that synthetic crap out of my body I was able to see clearly. Panic disorder is so confusing for people to understand, they think you are being sensitive, a baby, making excuses for stressful situations.. Unless you have had a panic attack you will never realize the hell it is to have one. I am quite positive that I will have another panic attack in my life, but I now know enough about the symptoms to calm myself down. I know that I have done everything in my power to make healthy changes in my life.. knowing you have a strong healthy body is such a help when calming yourself down. .-- It was a long road for me, but I think that I am finally in control of my own happiness and it feels great :)
