How to eat more healthily
"For me it was never a choice. Now that I am getting a little older, for me eating healthy is key to more energy and longevity."
How I did it: First I went to the doctor to get blood tests to see if I had anything wrong. After finding out that some of my lipids were too high, I asked her for a recommendation on food and she told me to cut out fired food, beed, and pork. After this, I hired a trainer who is also a nutritionist and she really helped me with my eating goals. At the same time I was able to enhance work outs and get better results.
Lessons & tips: I realize that keeping a diet is very difficult for some, but if you keep to it, your reward and the dividends from it will be inmeasurable! Also, approach it as a lifestyle change, not just a diet. If you approach it as a temporary diet, I can bet you 100% you will fail within a year.
