How to lose 25 pounds
"Hard work but oh, so worth it."
How I did it: I joined Weight Watchers and followed the program. It works when you do it right. Accountability is crucial, and attending the meetings. I've tried doing it on my own, but it doesn't work as well. Meetings, meetings, meetings.
Lessons & tips: For me, the two key points are raw veggies to eat every day. Cooked veggies are okay, but they don't help with the weight loss like raw veggies do. And water.
