How to walk for a half hour at least once a week
"I finally finished something I started"
How I did it: Someone else was depending on me to help them so I couldn't let them down. On the days I didn't want to walk she walked by herself and it showed me her determination and how serious she was and now I enjoy our daily walks.
Lessons & tips: Everyday at lunch we set a timer/stopwatch and just walked around the neighborhood for 30 min
