How I did it: I went to: https://www.baskinrobbins.com/bdayclub/RegisterInfo1.aspx where I signed up for a free 2.5 ounce ice cream cone and a coupon for a birthday cake!

You just have to print off your free birthday coupon and bring it into your local Baskin Robbins.

Lessons & tips: I had to remind the girl at the counter that my birthday scoop was on them when she tried to make me pay, so be sure to flash your coupon in their faces a few times, maybe while doing a jig and whistling your "Happy Birthday" song.
