How to write my will
How I did it: Recently married, my husband and I decided to get wills written. But we wanted them to "work" for a few years, even when we have kids. So we chatted with our lawyer, who's also a great friend, and worked out some wording that covers us when the munchkins arrive.
But, if we didn't have kids and died tomorrow with lots of money lying around, we included a clause for a space burial so, you can have fun in your will.
Lessons & tips: Think about what you want to happen after you die.
Talk to people about it -- family, friends
It's not about planning your funeral (because that happens before the will is read) rather its about where you want your assets to go
