How to weigh 145 lbs
How I did it: I gave up my nightly nightcaps, and began substituting healthy foods for my usual food choices. Instead of bringing a whole sandwich & a bag of chips, I'd bring half a sandwich, some fruit, nuts, cheese, veggies, or other munchy things. I drink lots of water throughout the day...you'd be surprised how many times you're really thirsty instead of hungry!
I also did "perpetual crunches"-- anytime I sit for any length of time, I pay attention to my posture...shoulders back and down, spine straight, and I tighten my abs to hold up my torso. Visualizing how your abs feel when you do crunches helps make this one extra-effective. Of course, if you have any medical condition, back problems, etc, you should consult your medical professional before trying any kind of physical activity. Make sure this technique isn't going to harm you before you try it, please!
