How to lose 30 lbs

How I did it: I'd come back from my wedding with a flair up of eczema and I knew it was about what I was eating and how I was treating my body. So I made the decision to change. I'd always been curious about going raw, but never thought it was the right time. So I just did it, went for it and I really don't feel to turn back. I like...rather, I love my life.
