How to wake up early
"makes every day better - so much better."
How I did it: It was an accident!
1. Eating breakfast first thing in the morning
2. Not eating late at night (not usually after 9 or 10 - makes you hungry in the morning!)
3. Drinking lots of water all day (you need to get up in the morning after this!)
Now i wake up before my alarm, and it is fab!!!
