How to lose 5 pounds
How I did it: Diet - and I don't mean starving yourself or liquid fasts. I mean changing the way you eat completely.
Exercise - I didn't hit the gym once. I actually lost more weight at home than I ever did at the gym. The secret? Ask =]
Walking - everywhere, anywhere, and anytime.
