How to have a healthy pregnancy by naughtyminx78

"An amazing journey that began with us being told it was unlikely we could have any more children and ends with our beautiful baby daughter snuggled on my lap!"

How I did it: I tried to let my former body image issues go and eat a healthy balanced diet. I stayed active and busy but did not over exercise. I took prenatal vitamins and drank lots of water throughout. Overall I just focussed on the baby and did everything in moderation!

Lessons & tips: Read and take in other people's advice but remember everyone is different and do what feels right for you.

Time flies when you’re having fune eh? I had quite a long break from 43T for one reason and another but now my little one (Emma who is nearly 8 weeks old) has arrived and I’m on maternity leave I’ve been catching up here!

Congrats!

I’m relatively new to the community but I’ve read through your pregnancy blogs/entries. I’m 38 and had a baby!!!
Though I had to try for 5 years to get my son, my goal for this year is to get pregnant again and have one more kid before I turn the big 40.

I have a new blog about how I conceived after such a long time. I used a holistic, natural approach that worked like a charm for me.

But like you said it might not work for everyone.

I wish you and your family all the happiness in the coming year and decade.
