How to be really thin
How I did it: After a time of only food restriction i became bulimic. First i starved myself throughout the day and had a huge binge/purge before going to sleep. Now im trying to recover because my body has died and even my emotional wellbeing has changed. Dont even start it because recovery is so damn hard. I am trying to eat healthy after i thought i'd die but the binges just wont go away.
It might work for a while but once your trying to save your own life and eat healthy, you WILL gain weight because your body is getting out of starvation mode. And that makes you go back to day 1 and realising all the crap (or should i say vomit) wasnt worth it.
Its a mental disease not a fun ride.
